Description:

– Accountable for managing the entire recruitment process.
– Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, employee referrals, social media, and internal Databases to find candidates.
– Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent.
– Candidates must have experience in IT Recruitment.
– Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview process.
– Maintain regular and strong communication with candidates until the final placement.
– Manage employee orientation, documentation, and joining formalities.
– Manage new employee onboarding and training processes.
– Keep track of employee leave records and handle file management.
– Manage the exit process for employees.
– Oversee other HR activities, including payroll.
